At GG Export Enterprise, all of our products are custom-made to your specifications, ensuring that every piece is uniquely crafted just for you. Due to the personalized nature of our home décor products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
No Refunds or Returns
Once your order is placed and production has begun, it cannot be canceled or altered. However, rest assured that we will be in continuous communication with you throughout the design and production process to ensure that the final product meets your expectations. This is not a one-and-done transaction—we value your input and will collaborate closely with you at every step to finalize the design.
Damaged or Defective Items
While we take great care to ensure the quality of every item, if your product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the issue and work with you to repair or replace the item, if necessary.
We appreciate your understanding of our no refund or return policy, as each product is custom-tailored to meet your specific needs.
